In our last communication, we detailed the changes to the analytics environment and the big improvements to data refresh rates:
These changes are now live for all dashboards!
If you directly query the Snowflake database, please note that we plan to remove the old views on 9/24. We ask that you update your queries. We will be sending out reminder emails as we get closer to the deadline.
This release contains some heavy hitters for Autoplan including location constraints, which allows for tighter controls on which inventories can be allocated to a plan. We're looking forward to seeing how you use these features to track your builds!
Finally, a column picker has been adde to plans. You can now control which columns you see in the results. And as a bonus, part custom attributes are a selectable option.
Navigation has been enhanced on both the Issues and Further Action pages. The notification bar at the top of ION now includes quick links, allowing you to easily return to the collections view, homepage, or access the command menu.
Reviewer selections will now be automatically filtered based on the role for which approval is required. For example, only users with the "Quality" role will appear in the Quality Reviewer dropdown. This streamlines the process, reducing clicks and speeding up issue resolution.
Navigating from the Runs collection view to Analytics is now more seamless with the addition of an Analytics button in the table header. You can view runs by status, track weekly completion rates, and analyze specific parts of interest. Similar links are available in the PO and Issues collection views.
Requiring Installs on Steps and Procedure Hierarchies are coming in October and we are excited for it to get into your hands shortly. These are quite complicated features, so we will be rolling this out to a select group of customers initially. If you are interested in these features or simply want more information, please fill out this survey!

Webhooks are now fired when the status of an object changes. For example, if you start a run or move a purchase order to "in review" that status change will now result in a webhook. Update those integrations and automations to reduce noise and increase accuracy!
Remember, all of this is captured in our documentation here!
