Production

Track progress with clear step-level forecasted dates

You can now view forecasted start and end date-times for each step right in the step header, ensuring you stay on schedule and have full visibility into your workflow.

Adjust expected labor time on the fly

When entering redline mode, you can adjust a step’s expected labor time. This is especially helpful for newly added steps that have an expectation for reworking or repairing etc.

Supply Chain

Kanban Kitting in ION

The Kanban Kitting feature streamlines inventory management by automatically generating kits based on Kanban signals, ensuring just-in-time delivery of components to the production floor. This enhancement reduces manual intervention and minimizes inventory levels.

Comprehensive PO Line Descriptions

Capture detailed specifications, instructions, or notes in the expanding description field.

Autoplan:

Adjust column widths on various pages and have the adjustments stick—including the Plans and Plan Results pages—to improve data visibility and context. Users always retain the ability to scroll and access tools for filter, sort, and group functionality.

Planners can bulk toggle the “Include in Autoplan” setting for plans, allowing them to customize autoplan reports to display only the most relevant plans.

Platform

New Organization Settings Manager

We’ve added a table of contents at the top of the Organization Settings page for quick navigation between relevant sections. All components (buttons, dropdowns, text fields) reflect the latest design framework, streamlining future design updates across the platform.

Other fixes and improvements:

  • For manufacturers who use nested steps, we’ve introduced several UI updates, including improved navigation to nested standard steps; consistent visibility of fields, attributes, and labor time; and enhanced drag-and-drop performance.
  • Reliably create and edit new revisions of standard steps without hitting errors.
  • Add Files to File Attachment Attributes at Issue Creation
  • Run labels propagate to all runs in a batch
